March 24th, 2013, 9:53 pm

@Lacking: more of a reason TO answer the question :p

March 24th, 2013, 9:54 pm

Haha!

Small Penis jokes :D

March 24th, 2013, 10:06 pm

@Lacking: it could be anything, a chair, a table, whatever xD

March 24th, 2013, 10:19 pm

Yes, Pawsy...

Yes, we do... do you want to see? :D

March 24th, 2013, 10:21 pm

Wait a minute..

March 24th, 2013, 10:30 pm

March 24th, 2013, 10:35 pm

i laught so hard on the 9 panel ha pricesless careful al dont say something that cud get you in big trouble but in a good and cool way

March 24th, 2013, 10:36 pm

Well, I may have spoken too soon. I might be seeing some cheese after all. :P

What I don't get is how these ladies even have to ask this question. Nearly all of them work online for a living. Haven't they ever heard of "Wikipedia"? Or haven't they discovered porn? The stuff is there. Just saying...

Maybe they just wanted to tease him and watch him squirm?

March 24th, 2013, 11:09 pm

wtf

March 24th, 2013, 11:19 pm

@xpacetrue:
I concur. They haz teh Internet; they would know of male genitalia.

March 25th, 2013, 1:03 am

Would be awesome to see how they'd react when they found porn xD

March 25th, 2013, 1:07 am

They do work on line an thus know how much misinformation is out there. If you try to base thoughts about people based on things you find on the internet you are likely to be disappointed or too scared to ask anyone. :P

March 25th, 2013, 3:17 am

@Saydian: .....yes.

March 25th, 2013, 6:24 am

@Lacking: wouldnt that be kind of a good thing as long as fel was in it :)

March 25th, 2013, 6:28 am

@xpacetrue: keep in mind they were soldiers before so they work on the task at hand and not get distracted...some of them might have seen it but for the most part theyd be to busy with work!!!

March 25th, 2013, 8:02 am

"HA HA! Dangly Parts!"

*snickers*

Poor Al....

March 25th, 2013, 10:19 am

@bjk: Thanks, a typo there, fixed.

yay comments! I read them all, always. I just don't know what to say, most of the time xD

March 25th, 2013, 4:13 pm

Could be worse...

@Saydian:

They could find those furry pornz of themselves on the interwebz and maybe some futa in there too and yuri and yaoi and the list goes on and on and on and on just waiting for their reactions it'll be priceless... xD

Internet Misinfo is Blown Out of Proportion

@Kreldor:
So, you're saying that they'd read about it on Wikipedia and declare the entire article questionable at best? (They would assume the photos of animal genitalia to be hoaxes?) And they'd also be highly suspicious of online medical education materials, including medical illustrations and human anatomy drawings? And, of course, the (literally) millions of porn images online must have been photoshopped?

Granted, reading about something (or seeing it) on the Internet is not the same thing as first hand knowledge or talking directly with someone knowledgeable. Also, sure, there is misinformation on the Internet.

But, pul-ease! This "the Internet is full of misinfo" has been overblown. Sure, it's silly to trust stuff from questionable sources, such as claims in email from strangers. Also, any "facts" and claims pushed by any source trying to sell you something (whether it be car insurance or something for erectile dysfunction) are automatically questionable.

This trust issue cuts both ways, though: There's a surprising amount of factual errors in school textbooks and even government publications. For that matter, I trust online encyclopedias to be more up-to-date and factual than printed encyclopedia books. And one will always find news stories online that the major media outlets will never cover. As such, I will trust them more than the latter. It's amazing how different some stories sound when you get the other viewpoint. (There's almost always at least two sides to a story.)

Also, the vast majority of major media outlets - including television, magazines, papers etc - are owned by a mere handful of corporations and wealthy individuals. Do an INTERNET search on "Rupert Murdoch" and "media moguls" to learn more. There are plenty of stories (some even mainstream) about how they use their monopoly on the media to skew political issues.

Soldiers should know Vital Areas (such as the GROIN)!

@edgeblade:
Sure, most of them were soldiers. And that automatically means that they will be, for the rest of their lives, 100% practical and automatically avoid anything frivolous - including anything that smacks of education, fun or leisure...?

Keep in mind: As a soldier, I'm sure they were taught the importance of knowing about your enemy, knowing the environment, knowing how to blend in, etc. There are plenty of PRACTICAL reasons for them to research human anatomy (to know vital areas and weaknesses - and for men the groin is DEFINITELY a vital area and weakness), human societal norms (sociology), even geography and history.

Regardless, what about the division of hybrids that were engineers (i.e., not soldiers)? Also, what about the ones who work creating webcomics or artwork/illustrations? Wouldn't they need to find online reference photos and illustrations? Wouldn't they need to know human anatomy?

March 25th, 2013, 9:41 pm

@xpacetrue: taking this too serious xD

March 25th, 2013, 10:22 pm

I'm guessing their just screwing with Al. I had a similar experience and I believe I had a similar expression.

March 26th, 2013, 1:48 am

@xpacetrue: I know too well how biased the search engines can be, add to that pop ups and half the time you do not end up with what you were looking for.
ie I had lost a bookmark to a pizza place I order from. Typed in "pizza anchorage alaska" Got links for a pizza place in Washington state and sites trying to sell me women. On a lark I typed in escort on the same search and it tryed to sell me a car.

March 26th, 2013, 12:16 pm

Yeah.

>_> Kreldor you have to work to not stumble over porn. That said I can't imagine them doing it for any other reason. The characters thus far are curious but not stupid. They seem to play on carefully fostered images of naivety so they can get extra things. Like steak all the time. Or in this instance blushing.

March 27th, 2013, 12:35 am

yep

yes like all men he has a dick but its for fel's use only

March 27th, 2013, 1:07 am

Oh Geez

lol, made my day, as usual XD

March 27th, 2013, 1:35 pm

@Heliotroph: The have seen internet male genitalia. IE pornstars. IE a less than accurate representation of the population...

Also, if they know the internet, they know it lies. Fact checking is important in such matters.

March 27th, 2013, 9:51 pm

@The_Rippy_One: ...I have no response to that.

March 27th, 2013, 11:13 pm

Odd

I assumed there were SOME guys among the hybrids, otherwise they wouldn't ask that question. I found is kinda surprising. o_O

March 28th, 2013, 7:44 am

@Ud the Imp: *slaps Ud the Imp* start from the beginning of the comic again and really read it some where in there it tells you why there are no males.....

March 28th, 2013, 7:45 am

This is actually producing some interesting back story and laying solid ground for new stories. I wonder how long until the little rabbit girl is introduced to her brood of older sisters. And then floors them with her uber smarts.

March 28th, 2013, 4:30 pm

Interesting change with the bottom postscript. Not sure why spanish was necessary. :D

March 30th, 2013, 10:41 am

I'm sorry but who shouts "dick" when they stub their toe against something? It would have been better if he had just shouted "fuck". It would be more logical and people can still get the reference of what was asked.

March 30th, 2013, 6:20 pm

wahhh im so excited for the update i just started reading this web comic and i have to say, its freaking awesome! :D

March 31st, 2013, 1:08 am

@Gataki: Well, where i'm from, screaming DICK when something bad happens is the most common thing D: but i get your point.

April 1st, 2013, 7:03 am

@Saydian: This is one of those questions you answer the same as when you are getting pants tailored (as a male) and you get asked "Do you dress to the right or left?"

"Yes."

April 2nd, 2013, 5:27 pm

this is one of those take one for the team moments but there is no other guy there i would totally take that bullet

April 27th, 2013, 10:33 pm

I know

@Lacking: I think I know, the 'step-on-a-hoe-and-hoe-hits-you' sort of thing

May 8th, 2014, 8:52 am

They're not being sincere.
They're either asking that of Al for pure meta reasons (i.e. because it is ostensibly funny to do so)... OR they're just teasing him.

That they could honestly not know, as a collective, is implausible.

[Edit] : And they drive on the right over there because of Napoleon. That egomaniacal little french douchebag.
As memory serves... Napoleon was a southpaw... and since everyone travelled on the left side of the road to keep their sword-arms towards each other when passing by (mostly being right-handed)... Napoleon decided to switch it around to sate his own massive ego.
Apparently with a few countries it actually stuck.

You broke me. Spit everywhere
